1. Condition - comb through mid-lengths and ends post-shampoo, then rinse
2. Protect - smooth over damp mid-lengths and ends before blow drying

Apply a small amount of Vata hydrating shampoo to wet hair to create a lather. Work through hair and scalp, then rinse. Apply Vata hydrating
conditioner to hair ends after shampooing, comb through, then rinse.
