Returns
We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too.
If, you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note accessories including our Shampoo brush and Conditioner comb are not refundable. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your request for refund has been successful. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please ensure you email us to arrange your return, otherwise your refund could be delayed.

Sale items
Unfortunately, only full priced items can be refunded.

Exchanges
We are happy to replace any defective or damaged products.

Please return your items along with the despatch note to SW Group Logistics, Unit A, Chelworth Industrial Estate, Chelworth Rd, Cricklade, Swindon, SN6 6HE. If you haven't kept your despatch note simply e-mail us at info@champohaircare.com to retrieve your order details.
