How to use
Before you start…
Ensure hair is knot-free. Then, if desired, dot 3-4 drops of Pitta growth serum across scalp.
1. Part your hair down the centre, from the front hairline to nape of the neck.
2. Take your Gua Sha scalp comb and, starting at the front of the centre parting, slowly stroke down towards the ears. Apply gently pressure into the scalp and sides of head.
3. Repeat step 2, working from the front to the back of the central parting.
4. Continue stroking from parting line down towards ears and nape of neck as you move along your scalp to the back of your neck.
Aim to spend 10+ minutes on this to ensure your massage all six marma points on the below image. Repeat weekly or whenever you need quick stress relief.
Did you know | Scalp marmas are key pressure points. Massaging them boosts blood circulation and promotes healthy hair growth.
